11:00 AM – Cosplay Makeup and bodypaint
New to makeup or body paint? Feeling overwhelmed or don’t know where to start? Not sure which products to use, where or how to apply them? Want to learn some tips and tricks? If you answered yes to any of these, this is the panel for you! Getting into makeup or body paint can feel overwhelming. There’s so much info out there. In this panel we will condense it all down to the basics and give useful tips and tricks along the way!
12:00 PM – Boffer Sword Workshop with Hidden Isles LARP!
Join us for an exciting panel where creativity and adventure collide! Explore the fascinating world of live-action-role-playing(LARP) with our locally owned LARP group, Hidden Isles. Immerse yourself in the art of boffer weapon making as our skilled instructors provide step-by-step instructions, allowing you to unleash your imagination and forge a unique weapon to take home.
1:30 AM – Happy Plushie Fun Time!
Come one, Come all! We are here and ready to SEW! Come learn to make YOUR own plushies! You will learn the basics in sewing (All skill levels are welcome along with no skill level!) and participate in a group learning experience in creating your own pancake or dragoncake!
No worries about materials so Let’s get Stacked and ready to sew these pancakes!

11:30 AM – Session Zero Character building
Have you ever wanted to play Dungeon’s and Dragon’s? Not sure how to translate those character sheets? Well, we can remedy this issue with our session zero character building panel! Here we will go over the basics and build your characters right on site! Once we are done building characters come test them out with a good old Dungeon’s and Dragon’s Game with Andy Faw after the panel!
12:30 PM – How To Draw a Cartoon Werewolf
Prepare to unleash your inner monster as we present the one and only, Chris Flick, the artist behind Capes n’ Babes! Join Chris for an interactive session where you will design and draw your very own werewolf! All ages are welcome!
No need to worry about materials! We got you covered!
1:30 PM – Delorian Model Building History
Come learn about the many model kits that I have built and the history behind them! This includes the BTTF DeLorean being a HUGE 1/8 scale kit! We can talk about the history of these kits that have been released and chat about the current models that ranges from complex kits to easy snap together kits!
2:30 PM – Great State Paranormal
“Who ya gonna call?” Great State Paranormal!
Back by popular demand, the Great State Paranormal is a group of paranormal investigators in Western North Carolina. Their goal is to investigate hauntings and spirit sightings while preserving native folklore. They are based at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina.
They will be discussing the many hauntings and ghosts in and around Wilkes County.
